ummmm.... no! These NOS testing tubes

one is missing the center-pin & to me the gettering shows some use. also, notice he doesn't say NOS outright anywhere, just "NOS testing".

insane...

Ditto. I'd even say heavy use with tubes near the end of their useful life.

They will most likely be delivered by a horse drawn cart to a castle in the remotest mountains of europe where they will be used for slingshot practice by young count alucard IX ..........the video will then be sent to a rival count who needed them to keep his great, great, great grandfather's brain in the basement alive with them......that kind of thing is common over there.....

If they're spending that kind of money on tubes, they'd better know how to hook up the directional cables right.

I have given away old used tubes... I've never considered trying to sell them.  I guess that is why I'll never accumulate any wealth.

I suspect they were trying to make the claim these are testing at the levels that a NOS tube would deliver.

 Went for $1413.

Even IF these were NOS, I'd be afraid to spend that much, let alone the starting bid, and use them.... NEW production tubes can be expensive enough.

Personally, I think that was their Idea, and when it was realized it wasn't...  :protest: well, "The ad only says it tested as NOS, not that it was." A bit of deception  :evil1: for those who don't pay close attention.
