Title: Revibe PT wiring question
Post by: theundeadelvis on October 24, 2010, 03:39:20 pm
Hey guys! I'm putting the final touches on the revibe wiring, but I'm a little confused on how to wire the power transformer. I have the Mojo 779, but my wires are colored different than what is shown in the revibe schematic.

My primary leads are:
Black 0V
Orange 100V
White 120V
Black/Yellow 220V
Black/Red 240V

How should I wire these compared to the schematic?

Thanks in advance, and I apologize if I'm missing the obvious (running on little sleep today).

Mojo has shipped different versions of the 779. You've got version 2, the schemo was drawn using version 1.

Just use the primary taps you need, say BLK and WHT for 120V ops, isolate and tuck away unused wires.

Thanks very much! I knew it was simple, and I was making it more complicated than needed. Now I just need to figure out why I'm only getting clean, bypassed guitar.

Thanks!
