Title: Thumbs Up to Doug Hoffman

On Tuesday around noon I ordered a bunch of stuff from Doug.  The box of stuff just landed on my desk here in Pennsylvania.  In anyone's book, that's damn fast service.  Thanks, Doug!

I've had one shipment arrive right around 48 hours from the time I ordered, and that's to Indiana. Can't beat that level of service :)

Lightspeed shipping. I blinked once and it was delivered. Ordered on a Saturday and it was here Monday morning

You think his delivery service is good, wait till you get a load of his customer service!

After a couple orders, you don't even wonder what's REALLY in the box when it arrives.

It's EXACTLY what you ordered, it's EXACTLY what was pictured, it's EXACTLY as many as you ordered and there is no JUNK in his store!

No weeding through his stuff wondering "Is this gonna fall apart as soon as I tighten the screw?"

Great parts, great prices, great shipping, great service and the most important part...

Ray hit the nail on the head!  Living in Virginia, I don't think it's ever taken more than 2 business days for a package from Doug to arrive.  The box always contains exactly what I ordered.  Plus the shipping charge matches the actual shipping cost.

+1 on there's no junk in Doug's store.  Sure I can order some parts cheaper somewhere else, but when I order from Doug I know each part will be solid and reliable.  No sketchy pots that spin when your hand passes over them.  No "cloth covered wire" with PVC insulation under the cloth (like WTF is up with that?).  Plus, I believe that Hoffman's transformers are as good or better than anything else out there - at least for Blackface Fenders which I have direct experience with.

I placed an order and literally a couple of hours later received notice that the package had been shipped.   :huh:
