Title: Can I simply replace this jack with a new one?

I finally moved the filter caps and diodes off the main board on this Hiwatt:

I will post a shot of it and I guess we'll see if helps with the hum buzz problem.
Had a hell of a time because the transformer wires are crap.
Very tough to get on the turrets.

Of course the line out jack busted apart on me as I tightened it.
That's two jacks on this amp that busted .
I do have another original jack but considering the crap quality of them, can I simply replace it with a
new jack that I have?
The odd thing about these original jacks is that the tabs open on the right as opposed to the left.
Directional?
In this case though, since the line out isn't connected to the other jacks can I simply replace it?

Just eliminate the circuit board and replace all jacks point-to-point.

I'm not quite 100% sure how to do it.
I'd have to draw it up and see if I get it right.
I'm sort of stuck with the pcb for the moment.
