Title: 4-hole Input jack wiring question

Hi guys,

On a 4 input Marshall does anyone have a layout or schematic on how to wire just one input for the 'Bright', one input for the 'Normal' and another input as a 'Linked' input? Therefore there'll be three inputs in total.
