Hope this can be of some interest

A friend of mine developer this simply idea as to obtain a low price Threaded Insert puller

all the text is in italian but as it is a video I hope you can anyway understand the process

You must open the riveter, pull out all inside pieces, make the right diameter holes on the nozzles an use some little pieces of threaded rod, one for each insert diameter

Pretty cool.  Seems like something similar could be done to swage a turret!
