Title: Gibson Hawk repair

Does anyone know where I can get a fuse cap for a Gibson Hawk. This is the Hawk with 7591's. Does anyone know where to get the correct schematic for this one. It has reverb and tremelo.

Replace the fuse holder with Doug's Fender Fuse Holder, shown here:
