hey guys
i have an old phonola model 2760 that i would like to use as an amp.
It works fine but i pulled the tubes in it a year or so ago and dont remember the tube types or locations. can anyone help with this,

Waters Conley Phonola 2760 seems to be a VERY deluxe top of the line console stereo, and quite rare.
Are you sure there isn't a cheat-sheet inside the cabinet?

it looks like what was pictured as a 2760 in a phonola ad i found on the web.
its an *8 tube unit and from what i have traced out so far i know 1 of the tubes a dual triode type. The vaules suggest any of the 12--7 type tubes.
here are a couple pics of the chasis

power xfmr is 6102 b 9496224
2-ot's t-6101 9496224
ot's secondary's wired for a woofer between both of them, realy wierd! like a 3rd channel or bridged output of the ot's for a woofer.
There is 1-6" speaker for each side and a single 10" woofer in the cabinet.

So you do have the cabinet? And there is NO tube-chart in/on/under/inside it?

Same as your 5.1 media system. You need two (or more) mid-tweeters to get "spread". You only need one woofer for the whole room.

You have created a very difficult puzzle.
