Title: Past discussion on lowering HT voltage with resisters

I cant seem to find it, Tubnit I think had started a discussion on lowering HT voltage with resisters, any one have a link to it or remember the name of the thread.
 I swore I made a link on my computer to it for later referance but cant find it.
