Hello all
I have a ZOOM-tube amp in 1980 since my teens, I search the electronic diagram. It is down, I have burnt resistors and I do not know the value of revision and repair would be very useful
GOOGLE net and nothing. If you have any sites or tracks on the net, thank you very
What we said is that the importer at the time was Morris, which no longer exists and that the archives were lost. If you have an idea.
MODEL IS
FORWARD TUBE SERIES
MODEL FX - 1000 EQ
SERIE A 87200
MADE IN JAPAN
By engineering AIDEAN
thank you very much

Bon Soir Eric the convict!
I think this amp was a copy of a Mesa Boogie Mk series.
And I thought that they were all transistor.
I don't think there will be a schematic for this, but apart from the spaghetti, it looks simple.
Which resistors did you burn up? Can you say or draw where these resistors are connected to?
A little drawing would be good.
best, tony
-
looks like a knock-off of a mesa boogie MkII.
some close-up pictures of the area with the burnt resistors would help immensely.

Merci,c'est super sympa (là j'écoute les BEATLES. Sgt. Pepper's)
Je ne suis pas en prison ,je ne suis pas un prisonnier, mais prisonnier de ma femme ,oui!

thank you, it's really good, it's great we raproche and I like it
I did all the net, the French forum
I was very young and I took the ZOOM
it's a good amp, but not at all a mki MESA, mk1 , mk2
Japan is a copy, not very good.
if you have friends on the forum is French, there must be
which is a well.

ZOOM is the sound of the clear channel
there are two guitars on the left twin, mesa boogie to the right?. (a homemade amp)
Right now at work
It will not be easy, I give you images.
but without the plan??
It's a weird circuit
And without getting pushed, with photos that will not be easy

Yes I have seen the ones named Mesia too, but I have never seen l'impasse Rory Gallagher!

OK Eric a few more questions to help get a better picture:
You say you don't have an amp technician in the middle of France, right?
You repair cars, but do you have any experience with electrical repair, please tell us some more detail.
I can see some repairs have been made. Do you know what was done already?
Did this amp get wet or damp at some time, maybe it was outside in the garage?
-
Hello OVERTON
it has always been in the garage to dry and safe
With the schematic, I know the repaired
I think it will be too difficult and only a technician with experience and measuring instruments can be repaired.
there was a problem with power.
amp is really a rare, may be I will find the schematic in Japan, but I do not know where to look.
thank you for your help

bonjour OVERTON

the power supply was changed, it is the gray strength is changed.
but I do not know the original value of resistance.
(http://www.zimage.biz/mini/83931zoom1.jpg) (http://www.zimage.biz/photo.php?id=83931)Zimage.biz (http://www.zimage.biz)
I was young and I knew nothing lamps.
I gave a friend to change the power tubes and it has a bad lamps
Pair was not tested nor, I think it was that moment, as a fixed bias amp is that the failure happened.
And resistance of the power supply is burned.
Then the resistance is changed, but I think the value is not correct.
-
I don't think you will find a schematic on the internet and you need to understand the reason why things are burning up.
I offer you this advice:
A good technician could fix this without a schematic diagram.
I think it will be easier for you to find a good technician. Ask some local guitarists who is good.
There is quite some work to do in this amplifier. After 30 years they all need some attention.
Very good luck with this amplifier!
-
ok thank you all and thank you overtone
I go to a technician
