This little amp came to me this week for servicing. The 6AN8A is very microphonic...will be replaced.
Other than that it seems to be fully operational. I will install a 3 prong ac cord and maybe replace the electrolytic multi can cap and that's about it.
Interesting little beast...it was designed to be a bass amp originally. The stinger circuit is where it gets fun and unique. I think it sounds like a fuzzface with a bias control so you can dial in the compressed, almost gated type fuzz. It's quiet when full gain is on if you don't play anything, no hiss and no hum at all and then as soon as you play... it's full on fuzz. Pretty neat!
