Title: 6SL7 dampers to stop microphonics ?

Tube Depot sells cheap , ( 50 cents ) o-ring type dampers for the larger 6L6 type output tubes,... anybody know where I can find the 6V6/6SL7 size ?

Tubenit makes his own out of - I think - those silicone pot holders you get in grocery stores.

Thanks for the link.. I just now found some silicon damper rings on ebay for $ 5.80.

have you considered a visit to your retailer of plumbing material ?

silicon "O" rings are in two versions, black for normal purpose, red for High Temperature purpose

the price will be considerably lower

see this italian seller that sell it for less than € 0.50 each
