Title: IRF820 Stuff
Post by: TIMBO on September 07, 2011, 12:08:13 am
Hi guys, I was looking for some info regarding the IRF820 mosfet and came across some handy uses of this device so i drew these up if anyone has a need to add reverb and tremolo and don't have the room or current for tube circuits. As always this is stuff i found on "the net" so i do not know if it works (Electar30 by Michael J Donovan). Thanks

The two MOSFETs are arranged similar to a cascode of tube triodes.

Can you share a link to a discussion of these circuits?

Very cool stuff IMHO.

What about using those to create an active FX loop like a D-lator?

Anyone tried this?
