Yep. I've used their 500V radials in a number of projects. Low price, very compact and every bit as good as F&T or other quality caps.

Where are you seeing them for sale?

I did a google search & didn't find much, just a guitar specialty place selling them (electrolytics) for $5-$7 each.

They look similar to the Weber units, which he sells for ~$2 or less

Weber uses brokers and buys from various sources, mainly in Continental China.
