Yes... This way I get A-BOTH-B

Yes, the big toggle with the short bat would be ideal. (like the Carling)
Thanks!

Just one but an extra is always a good thing. I appreciate this.
Raybob, I get so lost on that Mouser website. Too many choices.

Order one of their (free) catalogs......much easier to find what you're looking for. The website is quite daunting..........

huh? on-on-on... piece of wire? there is no such configuration to my knowledge (that's not saying much!) in a toggle - perhaps a rotary? .
antique electronic supply - P-H520 for (play-standby-off) carling brand toggle.

You can get mini ones for guitar pickup selectors.
on-on-on = A-AB-B... Get it?
I do have plenty on-off-on (SPDT) thought but can't wire that for the three choices.
I know about the off-standby-on toggle at tubesandmore. (That equals Off-A-AB)
Thanks!!!

Sorry I was wrong , Carling switch will not do the job you need. I just remember that when I was in a car earlier.

Got tied up in meetings today will definitely go by tomorrow at lunchtime. I will be surprised if they don't have one.

There's a learning curve to searching the Mouser site, but it really is great. The key is to filter in steps: electromechanical, then switches, toggle switches, DP/3T, on-on-on and you're there.

Ooops, not in stock until January. That doesn't help Dan at all!
And why are these switches so darn expensive?

And why are these switches so darn expensive?
Super heavy duty construction, state of the art everything, manufactured in Western countries, full aerospace qualification, top reliability. You get what you pay for, and IMO Apem manufactures some of the best switches around.

That's an OFF/ON/Both ON switch. Nice space-saver if you want a standby switch but not what Dan needed.
Cheers,

+1 - I've been using the APEMs for 5 or 6 years now; built like tanks. As mentioned before, the 644 is the one for you.

OH crap, sorry. Hey Dan, what are you using this switch for?
-
Shortfuse found me the switch... THANKS!
I used it on a Twin 135. What I did was set each pair of power tubes up in a different mode. The switch chooses either pair or both pairs. One pair I left in ultralinear and the other pair in Triode mode. Now with the switch you can get ether pair, providing half power or less, or in the middle position you get full power.
