Title: replacement transistors ?
Post by: worth on November 22, 2011, 06:19:36 am
I need to find replacement output transistors for a Peavey XM4 powered mixer. One is a Motorola SJ8227 MEX 8721.... the other is Motorola SJ226 MEX 8720. Peavey support hasn't responded to my e-mail.

Check Mouser.com, if you don't see the part #s then call their customer support # and they may be able to get what you need.

mouser sells NTE.

NTE replacement NTE68 for the MJ-15053
NTE replacement NTE388 for the MJ-15052

respectfully, this should have been posted in solid state...

Can someone explain the testing procedure for this transistor.. I know this post should be in "solid-state", but nobody would see it.
