That's one of the few classics that crossed several boundaries. I loved it then. I still do. Drift away brother. Peace.

Yep! Love the voice, the players parts, the rhythm, the lyrics, the melody. And (IMHO) like most great songs, it's got a great bridge.

No more looking for the light through the poring rain.

Very familiar song to me, but I didn't know who it was.  Big loss to music....RIP...
