Title: Rectifiers specsheet
Post by: birt on April 18, 2012, 04:10:15 pm
this is a collection of rectifier specs that i collected from a lot of different sources. for me it's very useful so maybe it will help some of you too. if there are any mistakes you can find or info you can add, feel free to do so. i can mail the .XLS file too.

Yes, thank you birt!

Always good to have specs at your finger tips in 1 place.

It looks good.  However, you should add one more column that shows the maximum value of the first capacitor.   I've arced over a few recifier tubes by having too much capacitance. Its listed in the manuals.

Thanks for putting it all in one place.

IF you got the manuals, it wouldn't be hard to add it yourself IF you got the xls file or know how to edit the pdf. ... I just might do that too

There's generally no maximum value. Only a Peak Current. Which depends on PT winding resistances. Which we often don't know.

Half a uFd per mA of max rated current is often safe with typical PT winding resistances.
