Title: fender twin chassis drawings
Post by: ElliottKoch on May 02, 2012, 02:56:45 am
Does anyone have or know where to get these? I have a local metal worker (in Australia) who can build me one for cheap, I just need a drawing.

Any Idea which version you want?  From an amp site dedicated to old fender amps.  search vintage fender amp.  You can find schematics as well as layouts.   layouts are from the 50's the pre CBS and CBS eras.  re-issue layouts and schematics are available.

Lots and lots of options for this series of amp are available.

Good Luck

Which Twin ? Fender has shipped a dozen amps called Twin, from PP tweedies to high power PPP silverfaces...

Anyway, Weber has a number of chassis drawings at http://www.webervst.com/chassis/ (http://www.webervst.com/chassis/)
You'll find there the 5E8 (Lopo), 5F8 (std), 6A80 (Twin reverb) as well as others.

preferably '65 blackface. building the ab763 board and need to seat everything associated with it. mostly just need the dimensions, and hole sizes for the tubes and transformers.

beyond that, I'm not fussy.
