Title: Old Flame head cab height?

I am changing an Old Flame combo to head/cab configuration.
How tall should the head cab be to avoid weird interaction between the chassis and reverb tank?
Anyone have an Old Flame factory head who could measure the height?
How tall is a Bandmaster Reverb head cab?
