Title: Carling SPST switch washer ??!!

Where can I find a VERY THIN washer with a 1/2" I.D. similar to the washers supplied with Switchcraft input jacks ? Every where I look the washers are too thick .

Where are you looking, the hardware store? It's an electronics specific part. Mouser will have them.

I agree with The_Gaz that Mouser is probably your best choice. If you can't find it there, Small Bear sells this washer for 3PDT footswitches: http://www.smallbearelec.com/servlet/Detail?no=740 (http://www.smallbearelec.com/servlet/Detail?no=740) . I believe it is 1/2" ID. In either case, you had better do it as part of a larger order, or your shipping cost would be pretty exorbitant!
