Title: Tweed Bassman and Twin schems?
Post by: Tyrannocaster on June 01, 2012, 11:27:03 am
As I wait for all my parts to arrive for my current build I am thinking about the future, and I'd kind of like to build a Tweed Bassman with 4 cathode biased EL84s (well, actually 7189s) in the power amp. I have just started using JSchem and I am very slow with it. I figured that if someone has already drawn either the 5F6A or its Twin brother it would be easier to start there than to reinvent the wheel.

Thanks!

Did you look thru the ExpressSCH library on the 3rd page?

With respect, Tubenit

Yes, I did. Did I miss something?

I have the pdfs and have imported them into Photoshop, where it's pretty easy to copy and paste. Since the circuit doesn't do anything radical, this is fine for my purposes; I just thought it might be a way of getting to know JSchem better.

Tubenit's link goes directly to a 5F6A sch file. Jschem can open that file.
