Title: Updating "Useful References" Sticky Thread

Guys - I just went through the "Useful References to Check Before You Post" thread and checked the links.  A few were dead and for a couple of others I had to chase down new web addresses.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions about additional references.

Also, if you check the thread and find a dead link, please tell me.  I recently told someone to check the thread for oscilloscope info and discovered tonight that 1/2 the links are dead.  (Tektronix apparently believes we should pay to see a basic oscilloscope tutorial - great way to sell product, eh?)  Kind of embarrassing.

I found this to be the case, but I simply began doing some research which lead me to some fascinating information on some new software to interface with a PC.  So I ordered a laptop, it is on the way.  The dead link actually pushed me and I am all the wiser for it.

So be proud, you helped a novice a great deal.
