Hi I searched and couldn't find the answer. In a Fender AB763 the speed pot is a 3MA-R reverse wound. In Dougs AB763 it appears it is a 3MA not reverse wound. Is this correct?

I'm guessing Doug just has it listed wrong on his layout and in his parts list. I say that because he sells a 3MRA pot but does not sell a 3MA pot. I bet Doug could clear this up.

What ever it is, its worked fine in my AB763 build.

Steve - I think you're right. In my HPR the speed pot is a 3MA-R so I'm going to go with that, since they are the same tremolo circuit.
Thank you for your help.

The way it works, a Reverse is better.
Linear will be fine electrically , but the fast zone will be all cramped up on the dial.

Go to my pots page and read what it says for the CTS amp pots
