Title: Three Deluxe Reverb OTs Measured

Hey all,

I currently have a '67 Deluxe Reverb on the bench, so I decided to take some measurements of the output transformer and compare with two modern replacements.  The Marvel Electronics is the standard 'Deluxe Reverb' replacement transformer you get from CE Distribution/Antique Electronics.  It is wound on a plastic bobbin.  The other two are paper layer wound.  Here you go...

Pri DCR:  420 ohms
Pri Inductance:  17.61H


Magnetic Components Inc Classic Tone 40-18002 (week 35 of 2012)
Pri DRC:  438 ohms
Pri Inductance:  14.25H


Marvel Electronics P-TF41318 (week 10 of 2011)
Pri DCR:  204 ohms
Pri Inductance:  12.83H
