Title: 7199 tube pin wiring on a ga19rvt amp!

I have a 62' Gibson Falcon GA19rvt amp, I believe it is a crest! 3-6eu7, 1-7199, 2-6v6, 1-5y3. The 7199 tube is 9 pin. It has the heater wires at 4 and 5. It has no other wires connected except for the heater wires. I need to know where these other pin connections go to on the schematic, or running clockwise what they would connect to. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Scott

go to dougs schematics and find the sunn sonic I40  it used a 7199.
