That looks like the same reverb unit that came out of my 1975 Peavey Pacer. Platefire

I knew I had seen that reference somewhere before...did a little digging and came up with this...

That probably is very similar/same as your Peavey unit since Earth Sound apparently had a habit of copying/stealing other company's designs (sort of a pre-cursor of Behringer).  Supposedly sued out of existence because of those habits.
