Title: Is this how to wire stereo jack to mono?

I've got a stereo cliff jack but need mono.
Is this the way to wire it?

You want to use this stereo jack as a mono input jack for amp ?

How can we help you without any pin's identification or number on your sketch.

For sure you don't need to use the 2 center pins.
