Title: Alamo Amp model 6A - Looking for a schematic
Post by: LooseChange on December 02, 2012, 07:49:35 am
Just got this in and it's a mess. Has push button tone control and tremolo.

5U4
2 x 6L6
6SN7
2 x 12AX7

The preamp tubes are a guess because they have no markings anymore.
Picture is lifted from the web.

All I've found is probably what you've already found: there are basically none. Some guy in Texas (figures  ) owns the name and schematics and is not big on sharing.

There is a site out here you can pay for the schematic for just about anything. If i find it again i will pass it on to you. Those old Alamos were a different bird and cool.
