DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TUBES ARE USED IN THE STEREO PREAMP

DOES ANYONE HAVE A PARTS LIST FOR IT

It depends on what preamp circuit and style you want to build. There are many different preamp designs using a variation of different preamp tubes. You need to find a schematic or layout of a particular stereo preamp and then build it. Most if not all parts will be listed on the schematic

I have an old Conrad Johnson stereo preamp. it use 12AX7 , 12AT7 tubes

Shemamtic are avalaible here ( free) but they are very low quality
