Hi, I 'd like to start to build a little tube guitar amp, 18/25w power with single 12" speaker, single channel, maybe also simple with only volume and tone, but I m not interested in distorsion, I want a big clean sound also at high volume. Were I can find a schematic/project of this kind of amp?

hi; I like this amp for simplicity and function.....it uses 6L6 power tubes and can be modded easily....lots of current production transformers available....this scheme is the bass version but there are several other schemes out there....originally made by Valco and sold as a Supro, Gretsch, Wards, Penncrest and probably 2 or 3 other names....good luck with the project.

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for. The Deluxe Reverb amp is one of my favorite and this simplified version I should be able to do it (I'm not really very good in electronics). Some suggestion about transformers?

The blackface Deluxe (non-reverb) is a popular clean toned amp of rockabilly and country guys around Nashville. And it would be a reasonably simple build.
The Deluxe Reverb can get pretty overdriven when cranked, IMO.
So, what I would do is lower some cap values on the blackface (non-reverb) Deluxe and use 6L6's. Since it has only 2 gain stages prior to the LTPI phase invertor, it should not be way too loud. You could choose to have or not have a master volume to control volumes even more.
I am thinking the 6L6's with two preamp gain stages would not be much louder than 6V6's with three gain stages. And the 6L6's will stay clean longer than 6V6's.
This amp should stay reasonably clean since it has one less gain stage than the DR. Use a 12AY7 in V1 & 12AT7 in the LTPI.
EXAMPLE:
My Tweed BluezMeister clean channel has two gain stages into an LTPI. And on this recording, I did use 6L6's in the amp. Note the TBM is cathode biased ............. so a fixed biased version (similar to a Deluxe non-reverb) would be even cleaner.
Check out the first 15 seconds of this soundclip to get some idea of how clean two gain stages into an LTPI with 6L6's can sound.

Great clean sound, I only want a nice clean sound because I want to use pedal for boost and distortion, and I want a light and small amp easy to carry. But I want also that it sounds good. I know Deluxe reverb sound and I love it 22w but with a very big headroom. Too dificult for me I want to try something more easy to build. If I m able to this my intention is to build another one to play in stereo

What Tubenit showed you in reply #4 is about as easy as it gets for a PP amp.

maybe you should go with a kit? No offense but it might be the best way to go. Even getting all the parts can be a daunting task.

I'm with Tubnit the Blackface Deluxe is a fine amp to build I have built several , however if I where building this for myself(and I have) I would add a mid pot , it greatly improves the tone of this amp.
