What are some of the methods used to preserve a tube chart from further deteriorzation? I was thinking a thin film of white elmers glue that turns clear when dry. :think1:

You might consider just covering it with a clear plastic document protector, lexan, or even plexiglass.

I don't think that's a good idea. First there's water in that glue and that might do bad things to the paper or it's printing. 2'nd it will age too and discolor.

Did not understand. Hairspray works well if you don't want to cover it.

Scented or un scented hair spray? Ha!!!! :laugh:
Good thinking on the elmers fading as well and possable discoloration. What properties does hairspray have that will protect it from eventually crumbling to dust. The lexian idea is what will keep it from getting gouged or ripped. I like that idea.
