I did another short comparison of 4 speakers... can't get enough speaker comparisons.
Eminence Private Jack
Jensen Jet Electric Lightning
Celestion G12T-100
WGS Reaper HP

The Emminence sounded pretty good to me.  Thanks for sharing your work.

Right on.  The Private Jack has a fantastic mid crunch, with less highs and lows- it's the first to break-up.  The G12T-100 has respectable mids, massive lows and modest highs (2" voice coil), but the least efficient of the bunch.  The Reaper HP adds highs to the Private Jack and is noticeably louder than all the others in person.  The Electric Lightning has even more extended high detail than the Reaper HP, and a wee touch of 'classic' Jensen flavor.

The amp is PP KT66 cathode-bias, about 35W.  It is enough to push the 50W Private Jack, but not the 50W Reaper HP or the 70W Electric Lightning, and of course not the 100W G12T-100.

If you like the Private Jack then you should give the GB128 a try - even better overall than the PJ
