Can any one tell me which is the right way. I forgot didnt keep notes on this one.
Thanks Bill
Seems I have developed (CRS) (cant remember shit) (LOL).

" A " is the way.
Easy to see with an Ohmeter wich one you need .
-
The A solution is sometime used, but I can't say exatly what happens
Te B solution if you have a linear pot modify the response like in a Log pot

Great article K.
Thanks Bill

A - just puts a parallel resistance across the pot's value.
B - just parallels the wiper's resistance through it's rotation.

Thanks jojokeo I think I just want to parallel through the wipers rotation. Which would be what Im really looking for, the simple answer seems to help me the best.
