Title: Octal Reverb Preamp
Post by: LooseChange on July 08, 2013, 04:36:15 am
Hey All,
Haven't been around much these days but I'd like to share another one of my preamp designs.
This is my Octal Reverb Preamp. It has 2 6SN7's in the adio path and a 12AT7 to drive the reverb tank.
Very simple controls and very warm.

Man, that is very cool!  Thanks for sharing it!  Any chance you have a sound clip?

With respect, Tubenit

Was wondering where you been! The warm sounds just what i have been looking for. So many reverbs are just too bright and in your face for me. Those 6SN7's are nice warm tubes to start with. 6SL7 too/

Thanks!

The pre does accept the 6SL7 's too.
I do need to sort through a few New and NOS tubes to find some that are quiet.

Do you a schematic available?

Sorry, I do not.
Thanks!
