The back cover has not been stained or varnished

The nob missing is the treble .no matter  ,, 40 watts
The amp for now is connected to 4 x 12" organ speakers. at 2ohms.

Tom,

Beautiful work!  Is that a darn knot that popped on you on the right side?  Those are hard to fill!!!  Please do post more pics as you finish.  Will you be doing a cabinet with the same wood?

hi
thanks

Yes that's a knot . The  router dug it . I dig it ,,lol.
well my daughter needs to buy a speaker,,,,, and from there , not sure ?

for me in my environment one the  of  longest lasting wood joint that I see in furniture  .Canada,, Eastern Ontario.
and easy to do but with screws and glue . but I use antique  square nails instead .I like old stuff.

nice; I like the 'old school' circuits a lot also.  nothing fancy in a B15 except a lot 'o tone and a lot of 'get er done'.

congrats

hi
I buy the rough wood and i use a planer .and old tools .from the good old days when things seemed  to me ,
 to be made  better...

 .

the tone of  this is something else, with old tubes  in their poor condition  6l6 gc runs at 60% the rest are fine .
The sound reminds me of the bass on the album Fragile ,
YES Round about ,

Today is new tube day for her . just the 6l6 tubes and ill get some pics

Hi

Well it has the new tubes tung-sol 6L6GC STR.

the led lights are 220k ohm ,4 leds possible 12 volts, diode ,,,to 120 v ac ,,,string ,for the pilot light

The amp is now pushing 44 Watts. and Jen is enjoying it ,, her new born baby. .
and the 4  X 12 inch organ speakers are sounding ok for now .better then their pa speakers.

good sound .
I would like to buy a vintage pair but the ones I like are $140 for the pair,, old 6l6gcs
These tubes cost $54 Canadian...

A few pic of Jen's  amp and John's amp ..John s amp's reverb is amazingly  strong  :m12.

the tremolo intense,,  :m7

Both done with curly yellow birch with a red wood ? mahogany trim.
some cosmetic work left .the reverb tank needs to be bagged and maybe not in the cab..
