Title: Danelectro French Toast
Post by: TerryD on November 03, 2013, 03:57:59 pm
After all that work on the Joyo Octave fuzz a friend gave me the Danelectro French Toast. this is very nice.  I like it better than the Joyo because to my ears the compression is just right and the fuzz is great.

Anyway to make this into true bypass?  Anything nice, clear and super easy like the info I got on the Joyo??  I know guys hose them in other things...that might be nice but I'd like to see both options...if possible,  at all.  thanks, Terry

The best source for changing Dano pedals that I know of is at  www.freestompboxes.org (http://www.freestompboxes.org)   they have a section called 'Pimp my cheap pedal' that has lots of tricks for modding the Dano boxes.

building an outboard true bypass switching loop would do it without modding the pedal and you could move it to other non-TB devices you may have.
