I mostly just work on my own amps.
Sometimes I find I am in over my head or just don't have the time.
When that happens, I have always taken them to James, AKA Tiny Daddy.
Yesterday, I went by there hoping for help on my BX1500.
That's when I found out that he died last year. :sad2:
Cancer.
He was a great guy.
Always knowlegible, thoughtfull, polite and interesting to talk to.
I will miss him.

I remember that name. Trying to remember the last time he posted. Sorry to hear that. Sometimes when someone hasn't posted in a long time, I wonder if something happened. Unless someone like 6G6 chimes in, we may never know. Thanks for letting us know! Platefire

My thoughts and prayers go to his family and friends. Its always sad to hear of loosing someone special. I`m sure he is basking in the warm glow of tube heaters and surrounded by ultimate tone. Punky
