Title: I'm restoring an old Davoli K. schematic - Someone can give help on revising ?

I was looking for this schematic for a long time, now I've found it but it isn't in good shape

so I've try to obtain a more readable version using an image editor

but I'm in doubt in some part of the schematic, especially components connected to plates of V4 & V5 (V5 is under V4)

In general all the schematic require a revision job

Here attached the version I've find
