Title: THUMPING VIBRATO
Post by: TIMBO on June 17, 2014, 03:47:05 am
Hi guys, Been trying to fix a few bugs......

The vibrato works, but thumps when turning up the intensity, I added a .47u just before the intensity pot and this helped as I could only turn the intensity pot to about 3 before it started to thump.
When adding the .47u I was able to get the pot to 7 before it started, but turning up the master it only made the thump louder.
I read some bits on this type of vibrato and it seems to have this problem.

Some help. Thanks

It helped in my case when I moved the tremolo to the cathode
of the first amplification stage. IMO it sounded even better there.
