Alright! thanks John.  Now if I can figure out what is wrong with the amp. It turns on and the tubes light so all the filaments are working, tubes check OK on tester but the 6L6GC are a little on the weak side and will need replacing in the near future. Has no output at all. I hooked it up and took the effects loop send to a separate amp and got no sound at all. When I turned it off the effects send line makes a squeaky shrill nasty sound. Guess I'll check all the voltages out.

Before I start checking voltages I pulled the board up and did a visual. Everything looks good. Nothing burned or broken. Checked all 4 fuses and they're good. Checked the OT for continuity of the windings and it seem AOK.
