Guild Rotoverb pedal. Has anyone ever seen this pedal before? Reported to be an an ultra rare Hendrix pedal from my source. Made in NJ. Edit: Made In Italy

When you get it up and running and you will  if it sounds good you better document it in great detail.
If it sounds good/great and it's as rare as you think it is (I don't remember ever hearing about it) you might not be able to get it back in your hands, so.........
You might want to be able to build a few?

Looks like a pretty sturdy build. Only has on/off and speed ft switches? Any/all transistors must be discrete.
Did he give you any idea what it sounds like?

I just found this, sure looks like the exact 1 you have.
Nortega's Rare Guitars > Effects & Pedals > Reverb > 1960's Guild RotoVerb - the Hendrix pedal -
Found a real clean 1 up for sale, $2500!

It has Made In Italy stamped on the back aluminum plate. The market is and has been pretty dead for some time now. But that doesnt mean anything if you have a specific party that wants it. You only loose if you sell now at the current devalued market prices. Id just keep it first

Did you look at the 1 at Nortega's guitar?
It has the same cracked housing in the corner and the black magic marker writing on it.

Yes i saw that page yesterday. I was surprised to see that. The world is getting smaller by the second. I'll inquire about that this week.

The pedal on that page is the exact same pedal you are playing in the video. Customer must have it on the block. It sounds nice and is certainly collectable. $550 +$25 in the condition it's in may be worth it to a collector. Certainly that price is going to go up since you repaired it. I have one of the older first issue Dunlop Rotovibe pedals and I think I prefer it to the Guild for sound quality. The treadle is a big plus.
