I just finished the Hoffman 18 Watt stout TMB build
I updated the older Hoffman 18 Watt Stout with some new mods that make it more stable Less unwanted noise
I added Treble Middle and Bass to the controls
I used an original Stout board in the build which did not have the caps for the Tone controls and so I added a 3 lug terminal strip the the treble pot
The new Stout TMB boards have the caps on the board
I was able to shorten the original Stout board just a bit in the new Stout TMB board
I added a feedback circuit and did a few other mods here and there
The build page is here with lots of pics
The build pics show an older Stout board because I had not designed the real TMB board yet
Use the Stout TMB layout diagram on the library page to assemble the boards
http://el34world.com/projects/18WattStout_TMB.htm (http://el34world.com/projects/18WattStout_TMB.htm)
The Schematic, Layout diagram and BOM are here

Hi Doug,
The Stout TMB board on your turret board page looks like it matches the one in the layout pdf, but neither of them seem to match the board you show the pics of above (at first glance, the cathode bypass cap for the power tubes is closer to the resistor, the tone stack components are arranged differently), and the layout doesn't show the lug strip between the board and the pots, or the caps connected to the pots.
Am I looking at the wrong turret board and layout? I used the the link you provided above, and the pdf file has the red "new" tag.
Thanks,
Ken

That's the old Stout board that I modded to create the Stout TMB
I made note og that in post one that I used an older Stout board to create the Stout TMB in the pictures
I have notes about the build on this page
http://el34world.com/projects/18WattStout_TMB.htm (http://el34world.com/projects/18WattStout_TMB.htm)
The layout is correct which is what you use to build the board
I just built the first TMB boards this morning and they look like this
