Title: Still need some feedback on OT selection

Using the hoffman AC30 power amp, I was hoping to be able to use the OT from a marshall jtm30. It's the cheapest 30 watt OT I could find.

If this is acceptable, what are pros and cons?

AC-30 will want an OT with a 4K primary. The JTM30 schematic says it's OT primary is 6K. Hammond has some nice 4K OTs, couple replacements for VOX, several for Fender.
