the mercury for blues junior FBLJR-P/E and mercury output transformer FBLJR-O work with the hoffman bj conversion ?
What is the shoke transformer ? It is important for the sound ?
Thx you.

I don't know anything about those transformers
maybe someone else can chime in
A choke smooths out current changes in the amp just like a filter cap smooths out voltage changes in the amp

The MM iron should be a drop in replacement and will work just fine.
-
- The mercury transformers for blues junior are used to replace those origins by better.
I'm surprised you did not know them.
Here the cabling:

I have many things going on all day long and no time to surf web sites and try and remember what every transformer is for by every manufacturer
I depend on my forum members to help others here
That's why you were sent here and that's how you got a good answer from Sluckey

add a headphone/line out for direct record is possible on your conversion ?
-
The guys here may have a way to do that
I never mess with line outs
they don't sound very good to me

I'm no expert but I just did this build myself and I used the Mercury choke and OT. They both work great in this build. I didn't compare stock to Mercury with this build but on the factory fender circuit they made a huge difference in tone and clarity!
