I cannot locate one of these anywhere.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Check with Steve at
Apex Jr.Home Page (http://www.apexjr.com/)He has more 2meg pots than anyone I know.  You will have to call.

If you can't find one just use a 3MRA pot and scale the tapering resistor value. You might (or might not) also think about altering one (or more) of the cap values in the LFO RC network to get the speed range in the ballpark, because that is what we're talking about here after all. (But don't change everything all at once)
