The "low watt marshall" thread peeked my curiosity so I looked at all,(I think), schematics Doug has, In the early days did marshall ever do a SE ala tweed style or just PP amps? Found no examples so I'm guessing no?
thanks

In 1966-67 they sold the "Capri" by mail order. It is a ECC83 into an EL84 for 5watts into an 8" speaker. Red covering and white grill cloth. Only about 100 made. Good luck finding a schematic.
In 1972-73 they sold the "Mercury" also by mail order. It was their first hybrid with a transistor preamp into an EL84 for 5watts into a 12" speaker. Covered in red or orange with basketweave grill cloth. I have that schematic.
Marshall/Park made an 8watt practice combo with 8" speaker in the mid-late 70's. Not sure what was in it, I only have ads that don't give details.
Thats it for the early stuff!
