Post by: adamG on October 09, 2015, 04:59:59 am
Tubenit,

Sorry for direct question to you, but I've got started my build of TOS as initial circut http://el34world.com/Forum/index.php?topic=9636.0 (http://el34world.com/Forum/index.php?topic=9636.0) ,and I need to ask for V2b-6 plate resistor value.
Is it 180k or 120k that was indicated in this topic http://el34world.com/Forum/index.php?topic=9726.0 (http://el34world.com/Forum/index.php?topic=9726.0) ?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Adam

Hi Adam,

I am not Tubenit but the resistor should be 180k.

I will be starting my build soon.

Cheers Stephan

180k for V2b (V2-6) is correct.

I will be starting my build soon.
Are you going to present sound clips?
To me, clips are rather difficult. On that field, I am a kind of lazy man;)
Which circuit are you following?

Adam

I am not set up for sound clips.

I have not finally decided whether I follow the TOS circuit or whether I use a Bluesmaster tone stack for the clean mode.
