I remember the old SciFi movies where a crew would go to say, Venus, and discover you know women or something else weird... Anyway, they always showed the rocket landing on it's tail fins when it got there. Total fiction; until December 20, 2015. There may be some slow moments in the video but well worth the wait for those of you amateur rocket enthusiast.

For those of us that used to watch the old Apollo launches and remember now how stiff and stilted the control room folks looked, quite a difference in the new crowd eh? These people give one hope for Americas future.

Was quite the feat! your comment fired an 'ol synapsis about my Navy days, "we" were the new breed, the Navy wanted *tech-savvy* for the new weapon systems, what they found was guys like me, *long-hairs* The "old guard" military type just didn't get us, loud music, green beer, lax in military bearing, but when it came to troubleshooting, maintaining and operating the systems we kicked ASSK. And were willing to *put it on the line, IF need be*, otherwise we build computers, hacked operating software, played PONG :icon_biggrin:
