What do you guys know about a Weber W025130 Power Transformer? I picked up a Deluxe Reverb last week I plan to gut and it has that trans in it now with a Mercury OT.
From what I gather it's a Heyboer...
Thoughts?

I'm using one now for my single ended parallel 5881 build. I'm getting good voltages from it, dealing with some hum issues but it is a prototype custom build so chances are its the way I have the amp dressed, grounding scheme etc as opposed to some problem with the PT.
They discontinued this model I saw on the website, I have no idea why. I have used weber PT for my last 2-3 builds and I like the quality, value, customer service etc.

I am using one in my own Tweed Deluxe custom design since it came with the chassis when I got it real cheap. I can run it with 5881s also if I want. I've since replaced the speaker to a Celestion blue running 6V6's since it's got plenty of power but it is nice to get a little extra headroom once in a while w/ the 5881s. This transformer has plenty of capacity & doesn't get really hot. The amp is tight & punchy and I think (my opinion) the power tranny isn't as important as the OT as long as it's rated & used properly.
